Cyrus Oil & Gas division incorporates the Downstream trading activities in petroleum products and the Upstream supply of mineral products and drilling chemicals into the onshore and offshore oil and gas drilling sector.

The Downstream trading operation under Cyrus Petroleum Products includes sourcing and supply of diesel, fuel oil and base oils though its bulk storage terminal in the Ajman Free Zone, UAE which is served by the Cyrus jetty facility enabling berthing of both Cyrus and chartered shipping. Our logistics strength is key to this service and we leverage this strength to provide the customer with efficient low cost products and service. The Upstream manufacturing and trading operations specialise in the production of chemicals used in oil drilling muds.

The Upstream operations are directed through Cyrus chemicals, supplying customers with products such as Barite, Bentonite, Salt, Gilsonite, Calcium Carbonate, Potassium Carbonate and many other chemicals or products that are involved in the Upstream drilling sector. Cyrus Chemicals oversees the manufacturing of our products in our chemical production and crushing plant in Iraq, providing a production capacity of 100,000 Metric Tons per Annum.
